This property in Ledbury Herefordshire required a new driveway and patio. First the patio area is prepared, then the textured buff slabs are laid on a wet full bed of mortar to the correct levels and falls. Next the old concrete is broken up and removed before the extension to the drive is excavated. Next a 150mm layer of sub base is compacted along with the acho drainage channels and edge paviors concrete in place. Finally the screening sand is compacted and screened to the correct levels and falls and the paviors laid . Marshalls savanna paviors were chosen in the pennant grey colour using a three size pattern. These new works have provided a great new entertainment area for next summer at the rear of the property and a larger and stunning parking area at the front of the property.
