Here we have a selection of recent driveway and patio projects that we have carried out in recent weeks around the Ledbury and Hereford area. The driveway in Wellington Heath started as a old Tarmac drive that was approximately 20 years old and had started to deteriorate. The old Tarmac was removed and the existing sub base re compacted,two areas were formed consisting of a block paved path and a Tarmac parking area edged in paviors to match the path. The driveway in Ledbury started as a old graveled area that had become untidy and a collecting area for leaves from adjacent trees. This was replaced with a block paved area that had a small circle planting area incorporated in to it as well as a bell shaped path in the paviors. These were all part of the new paved area that could be used as a spare parking area when needed. The final drive in Much Marcle had a old Tarmac surface that had started to break up due to age. This was removed and the existing sub base regarded and compacted before a new surface of Hot rolled asphalt being laid and compacted to leave smooth and shiny surface .
