This project involved creating a new driveway that involved removing the old driveway and just creating a new pathway to the side gate and returning the remaining area back to a lawn. The new driveway was then created on the opposite side of the front garden giving a larger area for two vehicles and a more direct route to the front door. Once the new areas were excavated,the new concrete kerb edging were put in place to create the new shape to the driveway and paths. Next the sub base layer is compacted before the screening sand is compacted and screened to the correct levels. Finally the block paviours are laid ,cut and sanded to complete the new driveway. To finally complete the project a new vehicle access was installed to create access to the new driveway .
