This project involved replacing an area of approximately 200sq Mtrs of old paving that had become uneven and dated. The old slabs were removed and the sub base regraded and compacted before the new ones laid. The paving slabs chosen were Stonemarkets Sahara multi in a 5 size project pack. These were laid on a wet sand cement bed before being pointed with a resin based material that enhances the paving and forms a very durable joint to withstand the extreme weather of this country.
Finally to finish off this project the large drive area similar in size was swept off and tack coated before being resurfaced with a compacted layer of 6mm SMA surface course.
