This existing driveway was part gravelled with the remainder old concrete. The gravelled area was removed and the old concrete broken out and removed along with the old gravel . Next new sub base was added and compacted to the required falls before Marshalls tegula paviors were concreted around the edge and also used to break up the area into sections due to the large area . New inspection covers were fitted before resurfacing was completed. The Tarmac consisted of a 45mm base binder layer topped of with a 30mm compacted layer of 45/10 hot rolled asphalt.
