.This project involved extending a existing driveway by removing a large conifer hedge that had started to dieback due to decease and by removing part of the large garden on the other side of the existing driveway. First the conifer hedge and it’s roots were removed and the garden area excavated.
Next new kerb edging is concreted in place and a new section of acho channel installed in front of the garage for drainage. The old tarmac surface is then removed and new sub base added to the new areas and compacted. Finally a new tarmac surface of hra 45/10 is laid to complete the new driveway.
