This was one of the most complicated projects we have under taken, the original garden had a 12ft high llailandi hedge that had become overgrown and the lawned area had a steep decline down towards the hedge making the whole area difficult to manage and enjoy. We started the project by removing the hedge and roots, next we excavated a footing for the new boundary wall. This was then concreted to support the new wall which was constructed of a 9 inch concrete block faced with a class 2 engineering brick to match the bungalow. Once the wall was finished, the whole area was built up to required level making sure a drainage behind the wall was incorporated. Then the internal walls and steps were completed along with the patio area which used Marshals Saxon paving in the colour mocha to complement the colours of the brick in the house. Next the finishing touches were added which included the hedging and turf before the owner finished it all off with a choice of plants to give them a fantastic array of colour to enjoy throughout the year.
