Resurfacing car parking area Malvern Worcestershire. This property in Malvern had recently had two flats refurbished and two new units built to rent out. These required extra parking for tenants and visitors and the original area was unsuitable and unsightly. The area required some excavation and preparation along with new drainage channels for any surface water and any inspection covers reset to finished levels. Once prepared the area was resurfaced consisting of a 50mm layer of base binder ,then a 30mm layer of 45/10 HRA surface course all machine layed .
