This property was in need of a total rebuild of the original drive and a large extension to provide extra parking. A total area of approximately 100 sq Mts was excavated to a depth off 250 mm before a layer of sub base is compacted. Next concrete edgeing kerbs were concreted in place to provide an edge to the driveway before the screening sand is compacted and screened to the correct levels . The Paviors chosen were Marshalls tegula in the colour pennant grey,these were then laid in a herringbone pattern using the large size only. Finally the edges are cut and kiln dried sand is vibrated into all jionts. To complete the job the entrance was re tarmaced to leave a complete job.
