This project in Ledbury Herefordshire involved creating a whole new driveway and entrance. The property had recently changed hands and the new owners were looking to utilise the space at the side of the property that had been purchased by the previous owners . First the large hedge and old fencing were removed followed by the excavation of over 100 tons of soil to reduce the levels to create the beginning of the driveway. Next a new fence was erected, comprising of concrete posts and gravel boards with wooden close board panels. This was followed by the sub base layer topped off with a 20mm Forest of Dean chipping. Next the front section of the driveway was block paved using marshals savanna paviors with a pennant grey border and traditional colour as the inset. Finally the new drop kerb entrance is installed and tarmaced to council specifications. The finished project provide a new of road parking area for several cars on a busy road through Ledbury.
