This project required widening the shared driveway to two property’s and block paving the new driveway. A large overgrown garden area also required removal of all shrubs and plants and leveling and new top soil provided and a new path way around the front of the first property.
Once the existing driveway surface had been removed the driveway was widened and a new retaining wall built to retain the new garden area. Next a new Indian sandstone path was laid around the front of the first property to link the driveway to the rear entrance gate and given access to cleaning the windows in this area.
Next the shared driveway was paved using marshals savanna paviors in a traditional colour edged with a pennant grey pavior.
New topsoil was the levelled across the new garden area for planting by the customer in the coming months.
