Driveway widened and paved. The old concrete driveway is broken up and removed along with the soil from the existing lawn. Both area’s are prepared and then paved using Marshall’s nova course in the stone grey colour. Finally the drop kerb is extended to allow access to the whole driveway.
originally one entrance to two property’s this project involved removing an old timber garage and workshop to allow a new entrance to be created. Once The garage was removed the area behind required preparation ready for the larger driveway. The area also needed a new section of fencing and a new set of entrance gates , oak posts and a hardwood set of gates. Finally the driveway is resurfaced using a 45/10 HRA tarmac surface.
We originally carried out a new double driveway and walls at this property the previous year. The new section of work involved paving a new section along the garden wall,replacing the top section of the wall with new bricks and capping stone and the fitting of a new side gate . Also involved was the repointing of a large patio using a buff resin mortar .
